The Parrot and Bird Emporium

Welcome to the Parrot and Bird Emporium! Since last year I had the intention to introduce my blog to one of my favorite places to go on the weekends. Since I mentioned how I wanted to share more of my life on here, what better way than to show you this place.

If you follow me on Instagram for a while you have probably seen photos of birds here and there. No, these are not my birds(I wish!), but instead they come from this place. The Parrot and Bird Emporium is a pet store in Feeding Hills, Massachussets that is unlike any other pet store I've ever been to. They specialize in birds - exotic birds to be exact.

Last year in February, John and I ventured off to it on a snowy winter day. We have not stopped going back since. The second you walk through the door you are welcomed by the chirping of all the birds. As you go up the stairs, it looks like a regular pet store, but you soon find out this is no ordinary pet store.

They sell birds, but they also have classes to train them and show them new tricks! Our favorite part of the P&BE is the fact that you can hold and play with all the birds(as long as they are friendly, which most of them are). As they get new baby birds, they announce it on their Facebook page and from that point on the babies grow here. The new pet owners now have to wait as their baby grows at the location. But they won't be in bad hands at all! The employees at this place are the nicest and friendliest people, and are very much into birds and taking very careful care of the them.

Whenever we go there, there are plenty of people there that want to check out the birds and play with them. So as your new baby is growing they have the opportunity to interact with all sorts of new people, which is great news for you.

This is where we come in..

John and I love this place, and constantly share it with friends(John's friend is on 1st and 2nd photo). We always leave with a full heart after each visit. It is the best atmosphere and usually filled with bird lovers from all over.

I consider all my readers my friends, so lets pretend we all went there together! ;) I know there are a lot of shots of the individual birds, but definitely keep watching it to get the best experience of this place.  I hope you all fall in love with them as much as I have!
